PowerSell is a gamified real estate sales platform built for the US market and delivered in 35 days. It turns lead management and sales performance into a structured, competitive system for modern real estate teams. The platform runs as a multi-role SaaS ecosystem with four connected portals: a Closer Portal for sales representatives, a Setter Portal for lead qualification and appointment setting, an Admin Dashboard for oversight and reporting, and the main platform for end users. PowerSell is built with Next.js and TypeScript, using WebSockets for real-time updates so leaderboards, lead assignments, and pipeline changes appear instantly across every portal. Gamification mechanics keep representatives engaged and drive measurable sales performance.
