SaaS built in Pakistan tends to serve one of two very different markets, and it is worth knowing which one you are looking at. The first is global: subscription products sold in dollars to customers who neither know nor care where the team sits, competing on the open internet against everyone else. Pakistan's large freelancing and outsourcing base has produced a lot of founders comfortable selling this way, and the economics are attractive when revenue is in USD and costs are in PKR. The second is local: tools sold to Pakistani businesses, priced in rupees, solving problems that global software handles badly or not at all — local tax and invoicing rules, Urdu support, integration with domestic banks and couriers. Local SaaS is a harder sell with smaller contract values, but the competition is thin and the customer relationships are durable. Both are well represented here. When browsing, the pricing page usually tells you which game a team is playing, and that shapes what kind of product it is trying to be.
