By accessing or using Findio.pk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
Findio.pk is designed for individuals and teams affiliated with Pakistan's tech ecosystem — including makers, founders, students, and enthusiasts. By using the platform you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Submitted Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to Findio.pk. By submitting content, you grant Findio.pk a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and promote your content on the platform. You agree not to submit spam, misleading information, or content that violates the rights of others.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited on Findio.pk: submitting fake or duplicate projects, manipulating the upvote system (e.g. using bots or multiple accounts), harassing other community members, posting illegal or harmful content, and any other conduct that disrupts the integrity of the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
The Findio.pk name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of Findio.pk. Users retain ownership of the content they submit. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights from either party to the other.
7. Disclaimers
Findio.pk is an alpha product provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data retention, or any specific functionality. Use the platform at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Findio.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms of Service, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
